You control access. Your records stay linked to you, not to a single hospital, and a doctor, hospital, pharmacy, or family member can only see what you explicitly share with them. You can revoke access at any time, and Yovra never sells personal or health information.

Clara is the AI health companion built into Yovra — not a separate app. Clara reads the records, vitals, and medications you have shared, stays proactive with insights and check-ins, answers health questions in that context, and follows up after a consultation. The legal company behind Yovra is Clara Health Technology Ltd. Clara supports care but does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Yes. Creating a Yovra account, storing your health records, searching verified doctors, and checking pharmacy medicine availability are all free. Yovra Pro is an optional subscription that adds unlimited AI health chat, voice triage, health record analysis, and included video consultations.

Search by specialty, symptom, doctor, or hospital and filter by your city. Every doctor on Yovra is identity-checked and MDCN-verified before they can accept bookings. You can book a clinic visit, video call, voice call, or chat consultation, and the appointment is confirmed before you travel. Your shared record travels with the visit so you do not restart your story.

Yes. Yovra pharmacies keep their inventory updated, so you can search a medicine by name, brand, or category and see which nearby pharmacies have it, at what price, and whether pickup or delivery is available before you leave home.

Yovra is built for Nigeria first, with doctor, hospital, and pharmacy coverage concentrated in Lagos and expanding across other states. You can create an account and keep your health records from anywhere, but booking and pharmacy availability currently depend on our Nigerian care network.

Hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies can join the Yovra network to work around the same patient-controlled record — appointments, prescriptions, refills, and follow-up notes. If your provider is not on Yovra yet, contact us and we will reach out to them.

Yes. Yovra is operated by Clara Health Technology Ltd., a company registered in Nigeria, and handles personal and health data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@yovra.health.
